    Healthy, sustainable food 

    Lack of confidence with food can be a real barrier to making healthy food choices. Over our 5-week course, in collaboration with Gabriela Socol, we’ve seen the confidence of The Sheffield College students grow week by week. By making the experience fun and engaging  the class was embraced by all of the students. Even if they didn’t always embrace the taste, they gave it a go — and that’s what matters.

    Green careers week

     

    Ten Point Plan for a Green Industrial Revolution (2020). Two million green jobs in the UK by 2030. “Green jobs will not be niche. We anticipate that sustainability and climate change will touch every career.” (Department for Education, 2022)
